Jiribam Forest Division covers a total area of 1,41,980.5 Ha, out of which 11,712.3 Ha are Reserved Forests, 16,175.5 Ha are Protected Forests and 1,14,092.7 Ha are Unclassed Forest. The Division Office is based at Uchathol, Jiribam. There are 3 (three) Ranges under the Division, viz, Jiribam Range, Jirimukh Range and Choudhurikhal Range and 5 (five) Beat Offices, namely, Gularthol Beat Office, Kunjabon Beat Office, Makhabasti Beat Office, Borobekra Beat Office and Sivapuri Beat Office. The Division is headed by the Divisional Forest Officer.
