Shri Arvind Hanglem is an officer of Indian Administrative Service of 2023 batch. Prior to his posting as Deputy Commissioner, Jiribam, he served as Assistant Commissioner in Thoubal district as part of his IAS training and subsequently held the charge of Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Lilong. He later served as Assistant Secretary in the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India. Upon returning to the Manipur cadre, he was posted as Sub-Divisional Officer, Thoubal, and subsequently as Sub-Divisional Officer, Waikhong, with additional charge of Block Development Officer, Langmeidong, before assuming his current responsibilities
